Two to skip outright
The $95 “Sight Seeing Tour” is unrated, sold by a limousine company, and its own itinerary starts and ends at an address in the SeaTac corridor about thirteen miles from the waterfront it claims to show you — while excluding transport to the meeting point. That is $95 for one hour, and it is the clearest avoid on this page.
The $395 pre- or post-cruise tour does not mention luggage anywhere in its listing, and its itinerary begins and ends at “Seattle” with no cruise terminal or airport named.
